I have ten rolls of 2023-D Pennie’s up for grabs! I have a full box of them. I have opened two rolls and found eight of these planchet errors! (Plate Blistering) these happens when the batch of coins over heat in the process of making them at the mint! These are not Zinc rot! Zinc rot happen when the blister pops and is exposed to the environment elements! Take a look at the picture I posted and see! I have taken a toothpick to them all and they did not pop or move! Keep in mind I am not guaranteeing all the rolls will have this mint error, however, you can look for the xtra V, DDO, DDR and die clashes on this year penny!
