I recently visited Range Rover in Mt. Kisco, NY to have the mechanics check my tire pressure, and the customer service representative was incredibly helpful. He spoke with me about completing my inspection and other necessary check-ups, and I agreed.

About two hours later, my car was ready—washed and in excellent condition. I was extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service I received and now feel confident and safe driving my car. The representative was exceptional. Thank you!

The service took over 6 hours when it was quoted to be 1-2hours. I don’t mind if it needed that time but they should be honest and upfront when you are dropping off the car so you can plan your day accordingly. Then when I came to pick it up, they kept telling me it was ready and on its way, but waited another 1hr. The service guy was named Sammy which was nice but he was not upfront with info which was very frustrating every time I spoke to him. It was always “almost done”
Versus jsut giving me a time frame. And then the other service asst with glasses was plain rude when I asked him where the car was as I wanted to go pick it up and he claimed he “didn’t know the address of the service center Although he worked there” acted dumb and was dismissive. He should be fired! No customer service skills

Worst service experience I have ever had. I bought my car from them a few years ago and returned for service. I will never go back. If I could give them zero stars I would. The lies, the lack of communication and the amount of time they kept my car was insane. It was brought in for electrical issues and I had to pick my car up and bring it to another shop where they actually fixed my car in 1 day.

Over more than 20 years, I have purchased 5 vehicles from and serviced 7 vehicles with Land Rover Mt Kisco. From my first visit to my most recent service two weeks ago, I give the dealership and the team a 5 star rating. Sundos, Jonathan, and Jeffrey on the service team are the best! And thanks to Jennifer for her thoughtful and resourceful approach to sales.
