5⭐ for a big reason. I spent over 4 hours looking all over the IE for an off-road place that helped us understand wheels and tires. From our first call to the day of install he was absolutely 10/10 on everything from product knowledge, attention to detail, product availability and install windows ,very reasonable pricing with no hidden fees. Awesome staff that was very careful with my truck. I will be 100% recommending Core tires to everyone I know.

I was placing an online order then realized this shop was about an hour from my house so I decided to go for a drive and pickup the order in person.

Tanner helped me out and I had mentioned to him I had been checking the website occasionally for several years and their OG Blue logo hats were never in stock. He said they might get some in a few months. Well about a week later he called me to let me know they got some in stock earlier than expected.

I had never asked him to do that. He had made a note and gave me a heads up on his own. That’s just awesome customer service. He is also very knowledgeable about their products. He assisted me with some questions on my King shocks even though I didn’t buy them through him. I’ll be giving them my business any opportunity I can get. Thanks Tanner you’re the man!

Great customer service, good pricing, were very helpful and responsive. Been here several times with multiple cars and have always been treated well. Easy access, clean bathrooms, answer the phone promptly and always go out of their way to help however they can.  I'll definitely be back to have seasonal tire changes and buy new tires when I need them.
