Riccar 305 Sewing Machine Styling 305 Mechanical Zig Zag . Comes with several attachments. It works great and is powerful and has a nice look about it. The Riccar machines are made in Japan and are known for their strength durability. The Mechanical zig zag is a bonus as the bobbin assembly moves back and forth in timing with the needle. Other nice feature is all the places that need oiling are marked wish red dots. It runs very smooth. The machine been cleaned and oiled and seems to be working fine. There is one small screw missing call the hand wheel stop screw. It basically just keeps the inner wheel knob from flying off when you are winding the bobbin after you have disengage the larger wheel from the clutch. I am working on getting a replacement but so far unable to find one on line that is meant for this machine. However the machine runs fine without it and you can hold your hand over it while winding the bobbin . The next issue is the case base is cracked and the part that hold the pins to the case is shot. It is probably not an original case either. So again that does not effect the machine. The case still works as a carrying case. The only issue is when you try to pick up the machine to move without the case cover or flip it over the oil the underside. However if you put it in a cabinet then there will no issue.
