8 inch Newtonian reflector telescope very heavy cast-iron with tripod

When I was moving it, the tripod clips on the back broke. I’m taking pictures of it. It’s being sold as is. you could mount it on something else and not use the tripod, but someone that’s handy could easily fix the tripod and replace those plastic clips that broke with metal. I’ve gotten many texts asking who is it made by I bought this add an optical tradeshow in Hong Kong about 15 years ago and had it shipped with some of the other product. I purchased there. They’re only a few manufacturers of telescopes in China and they make most of the US telescopes. I do not remember which manufacturer it is or was but this is a heavy item to well built weighs probably 60 pounds if you’re into telescopes this is a nice project where you will end up with a very nice scope Look at the last pictures, the little triangular shelf that goes between the tripod is held on to the legs by little plastic clips. Those plastic clips broke on two of the legs.
