The Toro Snowmaster 20 is a single-stage snowthrower with a 20-inch swath and a 2.5 hp, 2-cycle Tecumseh engine. It features both and Electric and a pull string recoil starter It has a 2-cycle engine, which requires mixing fuel and oil (typically a 50:1 ratio). It's designed for residential snow removal and has a 20-inch clearing width. Plastic parts on it are broken from storage so they need to be resecured (if desired) I have been using it for years without the rear cover.
