I had been looking for a car for over a year. I visited the Porsche and BMW dealerships.  I also visited this particular Mercedes-Benz dealership twice. When I checked in the third time with the front desk, the lady, Pamela, said, "Welcome home." I just loved that! My husband and I had been looking online and came into the dealership that day solely to decide on car models, not to buy a car that day, and we were upfront about that. I had requested a different salesperson than the other two times, and this is when we met Evan Day.  Evan was very relaxed, with no pressure, kind, respectful, and essentially a walking car encyclopedia. He was awesome!  The next day, I walked out of that Mercedes-Benz dealership with a brand new AMG.  Evan was an integral part of that process, and had we not connected with him, we would not have purchased my Mercedes that weekend.  He was the only salesperson we spoke with in all those dealerships who truly helped us understand the car, its strengths, and allowed us to feel completely comfortable with the process. Love this dealership! They really took the time to help my son pick out his first car, and the whole process couldn’t have gone smoother. The staff was patient, friendly, and made sure he understood every detail. It’s not every day your kid drives off in their first car, and I’m glad it happened here. I purchased a set of tires they didn’t last 20k miles. I am not a tire expert the tires I purchased didn’t have a thread warranty, I’ll take the blame for that. I’m just use to my service advisor at RBM giving me ALL options and explaining mainly those things too me. What I’m complaining about is I paid for an alignment and the wear on the tires is not from aggressive driving! I’ve had to buy two new tires on the rear. The gentleman told me I may wanna check my alignment, I was confused, I paid $225 for an alignment less than 8 months. I knew Curry Honda has a machine that you can drive over and it tells you if your car is out of alignment  (my daughter has a Honda) the results showed I was severely out of alignment! Before writing this I called various MB dealership around the USA, all stated that didn’t seem normal and most alignment last 12-14 months unless you’re running into pot holes. I can only say that this experience has showed me trying to keep from driving an extra 40 minutes to RBM ALPHARETTA isn’t worth the headache! Did they do a alignment I don’t know and that’s the problem! I shouldn’t have to wonder!

Considering this is a large scale Mercedes Benz dealership, I’m utterly appalled at the level of service I have received.

I inquired about a used vehicle online and setup an appointment to come test drive. After the test drive, they refused to allow me to have a private inspection done. After having to get the manager involved, they finally agreed to this. We agreed to buy the car at their offered price under the condition that the car have 2 significant dents removed and the paint needed to be waxed/detailed. Simple enough, right?

I drop the car off Monday the next week and come back to pick it up Friday, 3 days later. I find the main dent hasn’t been removed, but instead there are now 3 large scratches in my paint that weren’t there before. On top of this, the car was never even washed, let alone waxed/detailed…

After discussing with the sales manager, we agree to just go our separate ways and they will write me a check for $500 to make up for the poor quality work and lack of work in general.

I stop by a week later, the request for the check never got submitted… the manager promises he will do it that day and call me to confirm. Never called

I wait another week and stop by again, having never heard from the sales manager. Still no check… the request was still never submitted… the manager swears to me it’ll be ready in 2 hours

I wait 5 days and stop by again, the receptionist tells me still no check… at this point I start to get frustrated and ask to speak to the GM or owner as this is getting ridiculous. She walks back two minutes later with the check and a simple “have a nice day” no explanation or anything…

I live 45 minutes away, so this isn’t a quick stop for me. Just complete and utter disrespect for their customers and their time. STAY FAR AWAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!
