I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. From start to finish, the entire team was supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive. The nice welcome from everyone gave me good first impression about this place. Then I chooses this dealership to get my car fix. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed the day I picked up the car. I brought in the car in great condition, it’s was clean interior and exterior but when I finally walk to the car after paid. I was supper unhappy and disappointed to see my car was filled with dirt and birds poops.. the parts inside they took off and was not put back in place. I walked back in and mentioned that’s issue to the service agent.. She told me she didn’t have time to check . My car was kept in the shop for 3 weeks and I scheduled to pickup the car in 3 days . Also, I called in the morning to confirm the pick up . I was very disappointed about the services. I didn’t expected they would charge extra for shop services and delivered in such a bad condition.  In addition, very hard to get in touch with the agent during the service.

When the first years maintenance service was due, I was called and was told that an appointment was scheduled for me and was asked if the timing worked, which was very appreciated, especially when busy with work. I was going to decline going there only because Sarasota is far from where I reside but decided to give them a try after all. The process was super easy. The personnel was very welcoming and made us feel appreciated as customers. When it comes to the car, updates were provided in a timely manner and even pricing was discussed in details so we knew what to expect. The guy who handled this for us, explained to us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He treated us very nicely. Refreshments were provided and once they finished working on the car, they washed it for us which we appreciated very much! Overall an amazing experience at this dealership. I had a great and an easy experience purchasing the car there and an even better experience with the cars maintenance visit. I highly recommend them for service or if you're looking for a new or a used car.
