I am selling my 1975 Fleetwood Prowler trailer. I am moving and very willing to negotiate price. This needs a lot of work. I have repaired a lot of things myself, but I am moving and no longer have the space or time to continue repairs. This trailer had the bathroom removed by the previous owner. The piping should all be intact, but it will need a new bathroom if you wish to add it. There was water damage to the interior paneling and subsequent insulation where the bathroom was initially. I have removed all water damaged wood and insulation and have repaired this. Electrical outlets are finicky. I have tested all of the fuses in the trailer, and they all test fine, but there are a few outlets that either dont work or cause another to short out. I replaced one outlet myself, and it was able to fix another outlet, so the solution is fairly straightforward. I have never tested the oven or the fridge, but I believe these should work or will require minimal effort to get these running. Drop down bed in the back needs a new support beam mounted to the wall to support the bed. Currently, I am using jack stands as I just haven't had the time to fix this. This is a very easy fix. Interior lights in the trailer all work. This trailer is effectively a blank slate. You can remove all down to the studs and rebuild, give it a simple face-lift, you name it. Comes with Title.
