Description

For sale is a very nice pair of the 1916 & 1916-S Barber Silver Dimes. The Barber Dime ran from 1892 to 1916 until it was replaced by the Mercury Dime, and at the time was the most popular US coin design in that it was used for the dime, quarter, and half dollar. All Barber Dimes are 90% silver. As you can see from the pics the coins are in really nice condition, and they would come in at nice VG grades, which is always nice to find Barber Dimes in because they were such heavily circulated coins. All details, dates, mint mark, and lettering are nice and clear on both coins. Some of the letters in "LIBERTY" are present on both coins which is the first thing to wear down on these coins. The coins have no major damage and neither have been cleaned. This is a great pair of vintage silver coins to have to at a low price. Thanks!
