The figure holds a wheel and is gracefully posed over a seashell and ocean wave base, evoking a coastal or nautical theme. ***From the 1920s - 1930s*** This piece is likely made from spelter or cast resin with a weathered ivory finish and was originally designed as a decorative lamp.
