Bought a car from there and the check engine light came on less than 12 hours later. They did try to help me with it until it got to expensive for them. Now I'm out of pocket hundreds of $.

Found a car in FB marketplace. The seller gave me a title where last owner was this dealership (why a private seller was selling a dealership car in his house?)
I could not title it in my state due to an issue with the title he gave me. I called the dealership, and they responded once. He said in 10 years, he had never seen something like this, and its a DMV issue. After that, I called him again so many times and never took my call.
I had to go to Des Plains and the front desk lady understood the situation immediately. She was ver nice and fixed the issue. The guy who I called before never came out to say a word.
I wanted this car to travel, but due to this issue, it was not possible.
Bonus: check engine light came on after buying the car

Rick was great! Very fair and explains things well. I got a great price on the vehicle I purchased. I usually don't have good experiences at car dealers so I was delighted to have a great experience here. Small place but don't let that fool you. Everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating. The finance part is normally something that takes a long time but here it took 10 mins. I will highly recommend Del Sol auto Mart to people I know.
