I purchased a great car from Jeslo in September of 2024. Although it was later stolen, Elaine helped locate my vehicle, has been extremely communicative and so kind to me at a time when I felt hopeless! The owner had also been more than reasonable and accommodating to me for my next vehicle purchase. When my daughter starts driving this year, we’ll be there to buy again. If I could leave ZERO stars for JOYCE I WOULD. She was so rude to my husband and myself while trying to Inquire about a Honda. First I tried calling via offer up they hung up LOL. I had time today so I look up their number on google and was able to get thru to JOYCE who has absolutely zero Customer service skills and thinks she can talk to anyone any type of way!!!!!  They wanted 3K as a down payment on a 6K car… not worth your time. Take your $$$ to a more customer friendly environment!!!
