However, there is some fraying which you can see in the pictures. Non smoking household. Measurements are as follows: 97” in length (section with 3 cushions) 124” wide (part against wall) 65” (chaise lounge part) Depth is 38” Height is 26” floor to arm rest Make me a reasonable offer I would like to have this sofa gone by this weekend.
