This is a Delonghi Pinguino model: pac el275hgrkc-1a wh - rated at 12k BTU originally purchased from Costco, used for 3 seasons or so, recently upgraded to central air. This is a work horse, blows ice cold, couple small issues, can’t find the remote, so you have to change the settings on the keypad, also the small drain plug has been missing for the last 2 seasons so I crafted my own replacement (see pics), to be honest though I’ve never had to drain it at all and it’s never leaked. Just cleaned out the filter, she’s ready to go. Happy to demo.
