1941-1949 Buick Dash Casco 6V Lighter With Coil And Knob In Excellent Condition. Chrome looks great on knob, coil is Casco Pat. No. 1736544 stamped twice. Black plastic around coil passes smell test for BakeLite, but did not pass simichrome test. Sometimes Black BakeLite will not pass simichrome test, but it definitely passes the smell test when rubbed until hot. This makes sense for both the heat resistance of BakeLite, and the Era in which this was made. This will make a great piece for someone restoring an old 41-49 Buick and looking for Original Chrome Dash Parts in Excellent Condition
