On August 28, 2025, I purchased the vehicle with a $10,000 loan and a $2,000 down payment. At the time of signing, I was verbally assured by Orlando and the dealer staff that the car came with a two-year insurance covering all repairs. Based on these assurances, I signed the purchase agreement.

When I first drove the car off the lot, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the glove compartment between the driver and passenger was broken. The dealer told me to leave the car with them for two weeks so they could fix the air conditioning and the glove compartment.

Before leaving the dealership, I took the car to an independent mechanic, who informed me that the air conditioning compressor was damaged. I shared the mechanic’s estimate with Ferco Motors, and they initially agreed to repair the air system.

However, after four days, when I returned to check on the car, the dealer refused to fix the air conditioning compressor, claiming that I “did not have insurance.” I reminded them of the verbal assurances I received from Orlando and the dealership staff, but they insisted that the contract did not include any repair coverage. Attempts to clarify with the buyer and management were unsuccessful. They denied any promises and did not repair the air conditioning.

As a result, I had no choice but to take the car to an independent mechanic and pay $1,300 for the repair. The vehicle also has an oil leak, and I am concerned about the potential cost of additional repairs.

Throughout this process, the manager at Ferco Motors demonstrated unprofessional behavior. He was dismissive, dishonest, and repeatedly stated, “That is not my problem. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” This conduct caused significant distress and shows a clear unwillingness to address legitimate customer concerns.

Orlando just did so much for me and explained details like im a 5 year old. It was the most pleasant car purchase ever for me. I recommend Ferco. I will be returning in the future with my son. Thank you.
