Due to an oversight they were not aware that the vehicle they had sold me did not pass emissions test. They stated we can go get the emissions test and it should pass. To the contrary they are willing to work with us to ensure it passes.
Overall I am very pleased with the entire process.

Whoever the man is that sits to the left as soon as you open the door, EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. I bought a buick from them one month ago and got it under warranty. They fixed the struts and everything was fine until something is going on with the power steering, i made an appointment with their shop. Today Feb 6,2025 I walked in( I AM ALWAYS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY TO THESE PEOPLE AND IM AN UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER)and was greeted with “so whats the issue” I explain my problems and im met with a very condescending “We can work up a quote but that isnt under warranty”, by desk man(popping his “nopes” and tucking his lips as well when i was asking for clarification) I called my mother bc im a young 22 yr old girl to tell her this, she tells me to ask for the warranty packet and I do. again, condescendingly desk man asks me what warranty do I have and I inform him I dont know its just the packet i was given when I bought the car. He ,with visible attitude and contention toward me and my presence past him telling me i could be quoted, looks up my sale and prints one out as im on the phone expressing how i didnt understand why i was being treated this way. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but theres a certain way to treat customers, especially ones that had full intention on coming to them for my auto needs. I really appreciate Ashlie that sold me the car, and the men in the shop ive met, they were all very nice to me. BUT DESK MAN needs a refresher on customer service and maybe common decency toward young girls who are just trying to get their car they just bought from him a month ago fixed. If you want a nice salesperson, make sure you ask for ashlie or LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. MAYBE JUST FIND A NEW PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR EVEN.

My partner purchased a car from here in January. One of the guys mentioned the last guy who drove it said the brakes were in bad shape but he thought they were fine.  Well we had to get another car because not only were the brakes and rotors bad but the center support shaft was busted as well as a tire rod. The cost to fix it was immense so we resorted to getting a whole other car.

I would rate this auto dealer, the best one in Merrillville. They stand behind their promise to selling you a good used vehicle. My son brought a car from them first, I saw how well they treated my son. He had a check engine light on after he purchased his vehicle and they fixed it immediately Months later here I am, just brought a fantastic 2009 Hummer H3 paid in full cash. I got a great deal on it, mind you  it is a used vehicle, so it's not going to be perfect. The truck was having some issues long story short. Check engine light came on, there was some type of leak, and the back window was not working. I took it back to them with the problems and they fixed it with no problem. These guys stand behind their work. They are absolutely amazing. And Ashley is amazing, she is the top dog sales lady. She answered all my questions and was there by my side through the whole process Letting me know, rest assured, if you have any other issues with the vehicle, don't hesitate to bring it back. If you need a car, go to these guys, they will take care of you.
