Absolutely terrible experience. We went in to look at a red Jeep for my girlfriend, sat down, ran her credit, and spent our time going through the whole process. She liked the vehicle and we made it VERY clear we wanted it.

When the bank kept denying it, the salesperson told us to wait because his “guy” would be back Monday to help get it approved. So we trusted what he said and waited like we were told.

Then we call back today and suddenly the car is already sold? After we were told to wait on them? That’s not just bad communication—that’s straight up bad faith and a complete waste of our time.

If you tell a customer to wait while you work on a deal, you don’t turn around and sell the car out from under them. Extremely unprofessional. We will NOT be coming back.

By far the best car buying experience I have had 💯. Matthew, my salesman, was very friendly and transparent over the phone. Matthew (the owner/manager) as well, had a vehicle that I love, the process was fast. He came with the numbers, and to my surprise; all the numbers were reasonable. The interest rate came back higher than Id like so Matthew went to bat for me with the banks and they managed to get me a lower rate. I’m very thankful for Matthew for going above and beyond. I have a very good peace of mind after buying from this guy and will most definitely be back here for all of our other car purchases. Thank you again
