We are heartbroken to be parting with this! We’re moving to a place with no room for this Harvest Right XL Freeze Dryer. Less than 2 years old; 43 runs total, includes: 14 10” x 29” trays (one extra set), impulse sealer, PLUS a heavy duty, 24” x 48” stainless steel two-shelf cart, which you will need! This is the perfect time of year to get started freeze drying. Use your own harvest, or hit up the farmer’s markets and fill your pantry with food that can last up to 25 years. We seriously have loved every minute we’ve had with this freeze dryer and will buy the tiny Costco one as soon as we’re moved. With the cart, we paid just over $6000 for everything in September 2023. If you’ve hesitated to jump into the world of freeze drying, please jump in. It’s incredibly satisfying to see your pile of mylar bags of FD food stack up. :) (I have a YouTube channel with lots of videos of the things we’ve freeze dried.
