Recently appraised by professional real estate sales company for $2500, the last picture shown is for comp. DETAILS: Size: - Table top closed - 18.5” x 30.25” - when extended leaf 18.5” x 60.5” NOTE: when top is folded open, in the center of extended surface needs some refinishing (we mainly used the cart with top closed, so that area was never seen, when opened we simple put a place setting over that spot)
