So let me start by saying that I had an extremely good negotiating experience with Trevor at Centennial Toyota. Trevor was not that annoying car salesman that you wanted to punch for being dishonest and about himself. Trevor spent a lot of time just talking about life and how we can find the vehicle we wanted and figure out the best way there. I will give him 5 stars for his work. I would consider him a friend now so if you go there I would highly recommend him.
Now for the problem with this dealership. I have been trying to get my gap insurance refunded because we paid off our loan through Toyota financing and have left so many calls to voicemail but nobody returned them. Two weeks of leaving them and nothing. It's funny that when you show the slightest interest in a new car or truck they won't stop blowing your phone up. Even after I bought it they still keep trying. But when you are trying to remedy a problem they ignore you and don't even try to reach out. Greed is what drives this place so know what you are getting into. Good luck.

I was a multi-vehicle loyal customer of Findlay Toyota up until my latest attempt to purchase two vehicles. They took my $500 deposit x 2 and then proceeded to string me along for over 6 weeks. I decided to try Centennial Toyota. Met my salesman, KJ Vanetta, hammered out the deal and was driving off in my GR86 in less than 72 hours. The Centennial Toyota dealership is head and shoulders above what Findlay Toyota has become. Will absolutely return next month to purchase the 4-Runner we are looking for. By the way, still trying to get my “fully refundable” deposit back from Findlay. They won’t respond or return my calls.
