Luggage rack that replaces passenger seat. Bought direct from an aprilia forum member (short model shown in screenshots). Awesome unit I used for a 3000mile road trip and was stable at triple digit speeds (on closed course only). Had this loaded up for a 3 week trip with 2 full Kriega bags and sleeping bag not a problem. For sure fits first gen RSV4 and second gen (RSV4 RR or RF) and similar years Tuono. These are hard to find now as the maker stopped making them a few years ago.
