First and foremost, I don’t wanna sell this guitar and I will regret even listing this because it’s one of the most collectible Collings guitars I have owned and probably one of the rarest I’ve seen. That being said, please view the description below. I got this guitar a few years ago and have played it and loved it ever since. I have taken care of this wonderful instrument and have housed it in the collectible Collings case that is no longer in production. I am listing this guitar to help pay off some funds but I am open to trades even if they aren’t guitar related. I have no problem keeping it as well. ❤️ Finished and shipped out of the factory in late 2008, this guitar has been well taken care of as a collector and investment piece. There is a small superficial impression On the top(pictured) and subtle scratches on the treble side. Filled top ding, Other than the typical swirling you’ll see on the finish and pickguard it’s pretty flawless for being a 16 year old instrument. the reason I find this guitar interesting is the fact it has an Engelmann top with old growth straight grained brazilian giving it a very warm and articulate low end followed by crystalline treble with clarity. this guitar can get loud and I find it very easy to record with this guitar. I never found a collings with the same quality Brazilian as this one and I own a few other Brazilian Collings.
