Description

Up for sale is my 2022 Hofner '62 Reissue violin bass in very nice condition. This guitar is handmade in Germany. I call it my "D.I.Y. Rooftop" bass because I added Rotosound tapewound strings--like Paul McCartney had on his guitar during the famous Rooftop Concert--and the "Bassman" decal. The decal is made of vinyl and is removeable (it's not a sticker). The instrument comes with the original, vintage-style hardshell case, signed certificate of authenticity, the pickguard with matching serial number, the vintage-style leather strap, and other "case candy." There are a couple of minor blemishes, which I've tried to show in the photos, but otherwise beautiful cosmetic condition and sounds fantastic. I'm selling to fund another endeavor. The guitar retails for $3,299.00. My price is $1,599.00 or best reasonable offer. Pickup only near 7th St. and Thunderbird. No trades. Cash only. Thanks, Aaron
