If the unit sounds loud in the video, it's just the mic on my phone. I would mention in the description if it was louder than a normal AC unit. This item was part of a pallet purchase. This item has been removed from the box to inspect for flaws and to test. The unit works as designed. I cycled through all of the modes and other functions with no issues getting cold air. It comes with a window kit, remote control, owners manual, and drainage tube. You will receive this item in the box that it was returned in.
