Aluminum John Boat with Johnson outboard and trailer. It was my late father's and the title is in his name. I can offer a bill of sale and a notarized letter explaining the title situation. Those items should allow anyone the ability to file for "lost or bonded title" even though it's not lost; just in someone else's name, who isn't alive to legally sign it over the standard way. There isn't any shady stuff going on with the boat. I have my own boats and don't have any use for this one.
