3 way refrigerator, pressurized water system with fold down faucet in sink. 2 burner gas stove with safety cover. A horizontal 20# propane tank. 12 gallon fresh water tank. Single speed maxi fan and second roof vent. 4 inch foam trifold mattress queen size. Can be used North/South when bed is extended or fits East/West with bed pushed in. We removed the side couch for more floor space and installed a collapsible table with cup holders. Closet reconfigured with 3 shelves. Thetford Porta Potty full size 16 inches high with electric flush that stores under closet. Duct work in place for diesel heater. One new 100amp hour lithium battery. Jacks with extenders added for easier loading of camper with manual jacks. Roof racks, rear porch light and LED flood lights. Screen door, Power ports for solar panel input. Storage under rear bench fits 3 crates with covers for storage that we pulled out at night to act as stairs for easier access into and out of bed..(last photo)$9,900 or best offer
