1997 Boston Whaler 13 Dauntless

1997 Boston Whaler Dauntless 13. She’s been a fresh water boat her whole life until she met me. Motor had 350 hours of fresh water, now she’s at 358 hours. She will be used until sold. Great boat for fishing 2-3 people. I don’t want to sell but the ladies decided they like the 130 sport layout better for cruising(not fishing). Recent maintenance as of May 2025 new spark plugs, lower oil replaced, trim oil replaced, have spare impeller(pees good so no need to replace yet) carb cleaned, battery disconnect added, scupper flaps replaced. No Trailer 1997 Johnson 50HP 2 stroke motor with f Doel fin. 350 hours - starts right up and runs great. 42 mph wide open throttle but trolls well as low as 1.5 mph. With 2 people we go about 30 if it’s calm and still have room to throttle down more, but 30mph is plenty fast. 1997 Johnson 3HP 2 stroke kicker. The carb was rebuilt and it started but I have not used. Kicker is off boat because main engine really reliable. Boat is 13’ 9” with a 6’ beam and max HP rating of 50hp. She has been stored in the garage during winters and under carport in the summer for majority of its life. Now stored on a floating dock covered. Additional equipment: New Boat cover, Motor covers for both outboards 2 rod holders Original Whaler center console, and drivers seat covers boat cover Brand new marine radio and marine speakers in box (not installed) As new spare prop All manuals I’ll be removing all Scotty gear and rod holders when sold to mount on our 130 super sport. The Dauntless is the better for fishing, but the ladies win this one. Test drive available for those with cash in hand and if you want to go fish, I’ll take you for $150 and if you buy her $150 goes towards purchase price.
