Absolutely Awesome customer service!! Ed is very patient, honest, and very easy to work with. We picked up our Sequoia from Ed and it was super easy process. He even offered to lift my sequoia at a discounted price, aligned the vehicle, and fixed some issues that I pointed out without any hesitation. He wants his customers satisfied. He even sat there and cleaned the headliner because my wife saw a few spots for us. I am taking my sequoia back to him for more upgrades that he even ordered for me. He is a great and honest guy, so honest, I recieved a refund from him because the registration at time of purchase was estimated over, so he sent me a check for the difference. He didn't have to, and most dont, but he did. Definetly will recommend him to everyone.

I just picked up my new Toyota Sequoia the other day and I can say it was the best experience I’ve had at a auto sales place, ed was a great help on deciding everything for my new vehicle, he was very honest and made the experience pretty fast. I've put this review off for wayyy too long. First of all, a huge thank you to Ed for being as patient as he was while we waited for the finance company to reply, to be fair we picked a busy weekend to do this. National Motors has a great selection of Lexus and Toyota models to choose from with clean histories, all looking great and ready for a road trip. On top of the great selection, the owner is incredibly helpful, patient, and fair. It was honestly difficult to choose the right SUV to buy from them because there were more than a handful to choose from, but eventually I narrowed it down. I bought an '08 GX470 about a month ago now and I constantly think about my next adventure in it, amazing piece of machine. Did I mention it was an amazing experience doing business with Ed at National Motors? Please do yourself a favor, whether you're local or driving 100 miles (like me) to get there, and give this place your business. Worth it!
