Description
I'm selling my beloved 10-gallon homebrew system I began building in 2015. It uses Embedded Control Concepts' Brewery Control System (BCS). A Raspberry Pi acts as an Ethernet/wireless bridge and drives the LCD (included). The hit liquor tank (HLT) contains a 5500W heating element and helical heat exchanger to evenly heat and perfectly maintain your wort. The boil kettle has its own 5500W heater. It requires a 240 VAC 30 Amp dedicated circuit. System is configurable from anywhere with internet access. Components: - 3 15-gallon stainless steel pots - 2 5500W 240VAC heating elements - Cart, structural steel with heavy duty casters - NEMA 4X waterproof enclosure and all pictured components - 2 240VAC pumps, Blichmann Riptide main and Chugger sparge - Triclover SS fittings wherever possible, SS NPT elsewhere - 5 food grade, rebuildable, stainless steel 12VDC ball valves - 2 false bottoms (mash and boil) - 1 helical HERMS heat exchanger - 1 plate chiller counter flow heat exchanger (easily cools 200° wort to your fermentation temp in one pass with tap water) Additional components: - 5 5-gallon ball lock soda kegs - 2 5-gallon glass carboys - 2 6-gallon glass carboys - several CO2 canisters - beer gun (for bottling) - chest freezer with heater and temp override - tons of accessories Also included: - Free delivery within 30 miles (I have a truck) - Free setup and training - Free help with your first brew session - I can install a dedicated 240VAC 30 A circuit for you at cost (electrical contractor)
