The vacuum is fully functional, excellent working condition. Light scratches on the wand/pipe (purely cosmetic). Dust bin opens and operates normally, just needs to be opened gently during emptying to prevent the bin from slipping forward. This does not affect functionality or performance in any way. No charger (I own two V10 units and only have one charger) Unit will be fully charged at pickup so you can test it immediately It was gently used for several months. The only thing is a dust bin. Everything else is flawless. Id be happy to give 7 days warranty so you can make sure it works great Pick up 91402 Or I can deliver it
