Live Edge Minimalist Maple Desk

This is a newly finished live edge slab desk. It’s made entirely from maple. The top is a piece of silver maple, and the legs are made from wormy maple, which gives so really cool coloring to the legs. It’s entirely made of solid wood, so this is a desk that will last for years to come. The gaps and blemishes in the wood are filled in with blue epoxy, which gives just a touch of color. The table top is silky smooth, and it has a high end water-based poly finish. The legs are easily removed with an allen key for transportation or storage, as well. It is 57” wide, 20” deep, and 29-1/4” tall. The desktop slab is 1” thick. It’s a great spot to do a little work, but since it’s narrow, it doesn’t stick out far into the room.
