22 pieces Vintage Murano Style Rainbow Art Glass Candy All candies are in great condition and price is for the whole lot. (Bowl is for sale separately) These glass candies were made by Rainbow Art Glass Company in a Murano Glass style. The Rainbow Art Glass Company was a subsidiary of the Viking Glass Company after it was purchased in 1973. The combined company was known as Rainbow-Viking Glass, and production continued until the Rainbow plant was destroyed by fire in 1983, at which point production was moved to the Viking plant in New Martinsville, WV. They would make great decor pieces for this upcoming Halloween and Christmas season with their bright and whimsical colors of blue, purple, white, green and red. They can also be placed in a bowl or a basket of your choosing for display purposes to give it a fun yet elegant style. These glass candies would also complement a Midcentury modern (MCM), art deco, art nouveau, contemporary, modernist, cottage core, farmhouse, vintage or antique style.
