Everything seemed fine up until the moment of purchase— the car appeared to be in "good condition," and the process went smoothly. However, when I picked up the car for the first time, it was almost out of gas, there was an issue with shifting gears, the multimedia system keeps shutting off randomly, among other problems that were conveniently left out of the pictures. To top it off, a month later, they contacted me asking for $900 to pay for the car's permanent license plate—something that never happens at any other dealership, especially with a financed vehicle. Although they were always respectful, these issues are enough to make sure I never buy anything from this place again.
