After they get all my personal/ financial information and we agreed on the price for a 2018 Tesla S and I purchased my (none refundable) flight ticket from Texas to California to go sign and pick up the the vehicle .  He told me the car is no longer available!
With a complete made up story about Tesla came to pick up the car to get the door handle fixed!
You could’ve been honest from the beginning & told me that you sold it to someone else.I am not sure how can you do business like that!
Honestly & communication is unfortunately absent in this business!

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 from this dealership and couldn't be happier with the experience. Michael, the mechanic, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Scott, the salesman, was incredibly patient, honest, and easy to work with, making the process smooth and stress-free. George, the owner, was amazing and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and outstanding service.

My interaction with this dealership started by some misunderstanding between us and/or miscommunication between staff! I did test drive for a used car that I observed some issues with the car and Giorgio told me the car was not ready for sale. Thanks to Giorgio’s high bar to deliver the car to his customer, at the time that I picked up the car they had fixed almost all issues that I was complaining about and even more items that I was not even aware of it (like new air filters, wipers, battery etc). With the amount that I paid for my used but very good car, I feel buyer’s satisfaction has higher priority than profit in this place. Overall happy of that business. Thanks Giorgio and Scott!

I actually had a really good experience working with Georgio. He was very responsive and communicative. I bought a used Chevrolet Bolt (2017) and had it shipped to where I live in Montana. He helped arrange for the shipping and the price on the car was great. I've now driven the car I bought from him for about 10,000 miles with no issues. Good to work with and worth a look if you are looking for a used EV.
