Ashley was with me every step of the way. This was my first time financing a car and I am so thankful I chose AutoNation. I was referred here by a friend who likewise has had good experiences here. Even still, I was blown away by the level of hospitality of the employees and atmosphere here. Furthermore, their helpfulness and kindness do not end when you drive off the lot. It goes almost without saying, I would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking to buy a car through a dealership.

We recently purchased an Accord here, the first car we had bought in over 20 years. The salesperson we initially dealt with, Ashley is "on her game". Polite, professional, knows her stuff. Being it was such a momentous occasion for us, I asked the floor manager if they might have a bow or ribbon to put on the hood to surprise my wife. They were absolutely obliging, bringing a smile to everyone's face.
The back office people made a couple of significant errors, but those appear to have been resolved. I'm still waiting for the paperwork we need to register the car at Motor Vehicle, but I understand that three weeks (the present time frame) is not abnormal. I will update this review if problems arise.
We shopped for a very long time before making this purchase and frankly are pleased with our eventual choice. So far, we love the car!
UPDATE: We didn't receive the paperwork at six weeks, so I called the back office (finance) guy, who promptly arranged and sent a supplemental temporary tag via FedEx. Four days later, the paperwork showed up. Sigh! Anyway, visited Motor Vehicle the same day, and all was taken care of. The star rating I applied earlier remains intact.

My husband and I just bought our new 2026 Honda CR-V from Nico at AutoNation Honda 104, and I have to echo everything positive that's been said about him! As someone who typically finds car shopping overwhelming, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and confident Nico made me feel throughout the entire process.

I'm absolutely thrilled with our new CR-V, and I feel completely confident that we made the right choice thanks to Nico's guidance. It's rare to find someone in sales who combines such expertise with genuine care for their customers. We'll definitely be recommending him to friends and family, and we know exactly who we'll be calling for our next vehicle purchase!

All warranty issues are always taken care of promptly and professionally. Kelsey in service was amazing, friendly, professional, and honored her communication promises. She displayed care and concern for other customers in the area while I was there, which made me feel like she cares. She is efficient in transferring notes between advisors and ensuring whatever was started is completed. Thank you, Kelsey, for your outstanding service and amazing personality. You’re an asset to Honda and to this Earth in general.

Personnel were communicative, helpful, and friendly. However, the early bird drop off procedure was not good at all. It was completely dark, the light above chute was out and there was no auxiliary lighting. The sign on the chain-link fence said “for early bird drop off go to sliding door”. There was no sliding door. I was feeling my way to the chute, and when I opened it,, there was no type of flap (like a post office or mailbox flap) or other protection against viewing keys on the floor, or someone reaching in and getting keys that had been dropped off, even though it was a few feet from the chute door to the inside floor. This set up could certainly use some improvement, but otherwise I was very pleased with my treatment.
