Very comforatable, cushions are non removable, ottoman not included. No scuffs but there is one tear on a corner (can be patched if you have spare fabric. One leg is missing, but it would be very fixable with a cheap buy from Amazon. One end of the back is slightly non perpendicular, but a new leg/putting it in a corner position would fix that. Pick up only
