Description
Beautiful set of 1948 Panhead cases. The bad: Left case has a very well done front motor mount repair. There are 3 tiny hairline cracks around the lip of the timing hole and there is a helicoil in there. The bellies do not match but the right belly is within 200 of the vin so these cases are very close together in production. The good: Real untouched vin on left case. Right case is one of the nicest I've ever seen I can't find a single issue or repair. Overall a very very nice set of cases and a rare vear.
