I cannot recommend Bob and Prestige Auto Sales Group enough! Working with Bob was truly an amazing and easy experience and I'm so grateful. When I came to see the car and test drive it, it was in amazing condition, and you could tell it had been cleaned and taken care of. Bob was so kind, had all the information I needed, and was patient with me as I checked out other cars in the following days to be sure of my purchase decision. Bob worked with me as much as he could on pricing which I really appreciated, and when I did decide to purchase the vehicle, he came in just days after his grandchild was born so that he could get the keys in my hands as soon as possible. Bob sold our 18yr old daughter her first car. Bob was very accommodating and understanding of our needs. Explained to our daughter exactly what she was buying. Our daughter loves her little car. Crossing my fingers that Bob and Keivan find a car for our son so he can experience the same.

This is my Wife and I first buying experience with prestige auto and Bob. Bob and his son were excellent. The buying experience was fantastic Bob made you feel no pressure while making your decision, he was also very straight forward showing you all of the document up front so nothing felt hidden. Keivan and his dad were so incredibly friendly and comforting. They made the whole experience feel fun and stress free. They are also licensed with the DMV, so they took care of a lot of paperwork you would normally need to do at the DMV. The car was in perfect condition, and I could not be happier with how everything worked out!

As a single mom on an academic salary, it’s not easy to feel safe when dealing with quotes from strangers for house repairs and used cars. Too many people trying to take advantage of my inexperience. But Bob and Keivan made me feel secure and confident from the very first call. Coming from highly-educated backgrounds and tight-knit family bonds, they were sincerely sympathetic towards my situation and went out of their way to help me. Not only did they keep their promise in saving me my desired car despite multiple other customer offers, but they also waived all extra fees wherever they could, fixed additional things at their own expense to make the car run even better, and filled up the gas tank before they handed me the keys!  Honestly, I was blown away by their generosity…I hope they broke even atleast.
