Back embroidery "The Professional Choice". No size tag. Made in China with Cotton from USA. Hat is preowned, used. Material is still crisp & colors are still true. Does have inner discolored spot on front embroidery section, a speck on ear panel towards top. There a small dark smudge, about the size of a fingertip on the right underside of the bill which I could not get to show up in the photos.
