Nacra 5.2 Catamaran 17 feet easy to sail - MUST SELL PER HOA

1982 Nacra 5.2 in good condition Only selling because it is beached in front of my condo on sail bay, and the HOA decided they want me to move it and I don't have time to find a mooring for it. Has a clear title, and I just renewed the registration for another year. This boat is faster than a Hobie, Prindle, and other catamarans, and easy to sail with one person. I haul it to the water and back by myself with cat tracks. Great fun daysailer. Have sailed it many times and never had an issue. It is fun to sail, it just needs another trampoline. A brand new one is $275 from Santa Barbara and you can find a used one for about $150. No trailer, but there are lots of mooring bars on the bay, you just have to go to the city and sign up for one, it costs about $60 a year, I believe, which is about $5 per month. I love sailing this boat but don't have the time right now to deal with it. We would sail to barefoot bar, south mission, fiesta island, Mission Bay yacht club, and the catamaran in the summer for food, drinks, and fun. Text preferred: 31O-77O-88O1
