Description

Title in hand, 2015 Salem Cruise Lite FS Edition, 16 feet long. Rear bath with shower. Air conditioner works great, heat works great. 2 burner stove, 2 propane tanks. Roof sealed last year before the hurricane. Has an awning, it doesn't look great but it does work and provides a lot of shade. Four new led lights inside. The water heater does work, and the water pump does work, however the water pump and the freshwater tank has been removed. Both of those will be included. The freshwater tank leaked, did not find that out until I removed the bed. So about a 4 foot by 4 foot section of the floor in the rear needs to be replaced. The roof leaked before I purchased it, previous owner sealed it before I purchased it. The back wall needs a little work.. I have lived in the camper for the last 2 years, have not had an issue with anything. Great camper, just needs a little work .
