2008 Heartland Razor Toy Hauler – Fits 4 seat Polaris RZR Great unit, maintained very well, stored under RV carport since new to prevent sun damage and weathering. Roof is in great condition and looks new. Onan 5500 Generator, serviced yearly, currently has 715 hrs. Runs great! 30 Gallon Fuel station with pump 15,000 BTU Ducted AC unit, prewired for a second unit in the front Bedroom but we never had a need the current unit keeps up well, Heater is ducted as well to quiet the unit and evenly distribute heat. 180W solar system, with Renogy MPPT charge controller with Blue Tooth connection so you can monitor battery levels and charging from your phone. Installed about 4 years ago. 12V 32” TV with built in DVD player in the living area, no need to run the generator to watch tv wired directly to the Batteries and solar system. Gas/Electric Refrigerator Front Queen Bed pop-out, and Rear queen happijac electric bed system, you could add a second bed to the happijac or sofa if desired. 3 years ago, Upgraded to G rated tires and new wheels. Heavy duty greaseable spring hangers, new suspension dampeners installed, Wheel bearings, brakes and seals all replaced. New Dual motor landing gear / jacks installed 2 months ago. Independently controlled so you so use them to help level trailer. New awning fabric installed 1 year ago. This unit has an upgraded drop frame, allowing a huge basement storage area under the unit, more storage than you will ever need. Additional fresh water tanks added this past year, 160 gallons of fresh water storage, tank supports upgraded so you have no concerns traveling with full tanks on long trips. This unit is setup for dry camping for extended periods of time, very reliable, I spent a lot of time upgrading items on this unit. New Residential faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, no cheap plastic faucets, new mattress.
