Hand painted a fun teal color. Looks more blue or green depending on the lighting! It is particle board but it’s unusually heavy and sturdy for its size! There are two small random holes on two of the shelves. Not too noticeable but worth mentioning. Not perfect but really solid and very usable. good for small closet storage or a shoe rack for just few pairs of shoes. Would also be cute in a kids room Will fit in cars. 26 inches tall 11.5 x 12 inches 3 Shelves very permanently and securely in place. Porch pickup near 56th and pacific avenue in Tacoma
