The doll Nell is showing her prize calf to the County Agricultural inspector Harold Rippey. Nell had earned the $2.00 used to purchase her calf from various 4-H Club projects and prize money. Goebel of Germany made the porcelain calf. The doll and calf are in mint condition in original boxes. The doll’s artist was Mary Moline and the doll was made in Germany. The doll is 10” long and made of hand-crafted porcelain. Each doll is numbered and signed on the neck and come with jointed arms and legs. The total series consisted of 20 different dolls.
