Out side flood lights on front and back. mirrored thermal windows, fully walkable party roof, Has electic jack in front. 2 new batteries. dual propane tanks Has a front sleeper that is a queen size bed, Back pull down bed that is a queen size bed, 1 couch bed that folds out to a twin bed, and 1 table Roof was resealed last year and front cap and rear cap have been redone and resealed due to a leak. NO LEAKS OR WATER DAMAGE AT ALL READY TO LAST MANY MORE YEARS AND READY FOR CAMPING ANYWHERE Great for hauling cars, trucks, quads, dirt bikes, sand cars, etc.etc. I fit my 15ft sandrail no problem along with 1 quad sideways 16 feet of garage space to 1st cabinet 19ft 6inches of space to kitchen sink $13,500 OBO want gone don’t use it enough NO REPAIRS NEEDED
