BRAND NEW NEVER USED. Bought brand new at Petco for $180 after tax, but couldn’t get it to fit my dog correctly and threw out the packaging before confirming proper fit. If you have a dog with a thick double coat, this collar may not work well for you. It gets great reviews from customers with short haired, or single coat dogs tho. This brand was recommended by professional trainers at the place we took our dog to. Beware of cheap off-brand Amazon collars being sold secondhand. They are not reliable even when they are new and professional trainers will require you to replace it with an approved collar before starting their program anyway. Sportdog brand is industry recognized and reliable.
