Have had for several years, still in great condition. A couple of scratches from a friend's visiting cat on the front of an arm rest. Otherwise, smoke free and pet free home. Dimensions: 93" wide/long 40" tall at back 32" front to back 22.5" seat depth Very heavy, you will need at LEAST two people to carry. Will also need to be carried out of apartment building/ down stairs. It's been done with this couch many times, so definitely possible.
