Description

This color of this material is called imperial pine. It is vintage and still has the original stickers from when it was shipped in 1995. Velvet Mohair. The roll was never opened at all until I opened it to take the pictures. It is 55 inches wide. According to the tag, it is supposed to be 18 yards long, which is 54 feet. I got closer to 57 feet when I measured it. This type of fabric can cost$100 or more per yard. For somebody that restores furniture, this is the dream material. Some customers want furniture restored all original, and it is hard to get the exact color. This material can last a lifetime. The theater seats that this material was used on 30 years ago still look new. Beautiful draperies can be made out of this material. There is enough material to recover a couch and matching chairs and still have material left over.
